SHIPPING/RETURNS
Shipping charges and expected delivery dates are displayed on the checkout page at the time of your order. This information also appears in your order confirmation email.
It takes around 1-3 days for order and payment processing. We package and ship your order as soon as we get credit card authorization and order is processed. Based on our warehouse location(Melbourne and Victoria) and your shipping address, we determine the number of days to deliver your order. The carrier that we use is Australia Post.
Shipping may be delayed due to natural calamity, COVID, war etc. Shipping time from Australia Post has increased drastically due to COVID. However, delivery can be tracked through Australia Post. Integercorp will not be responsible for late delivery in any of the above mentioned cases.
Domestic Delivery rates
Domestic delivery rates are determined during checkout. Rate decided during checkout process shall be the final rate of shipping.
Standard delivery:
Standard delivery generally arrives between 5-20 business days from the shipped date, excluding public holidays . However, standard delivery range may vary due to many factors like your post code etc.
Shipping Fee
There is free shipping on orders over $80. However, if a buyer chooses express post delivery there will be a $5 added fee.
All other orders will be shipped at $10 flat rate including tracking or $15 for Express post within Australia. All the products will be shipped through Australia post.
REFUND POLICY
Return policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days only. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot give you a refund.
If you want to return the specified order, please notify us via email to sales@kangs.com.au within 7 days of receipt. You must state the reason for the return, as well as the order number and product description. Then return the item in its original packaging through standard postage via Australia post with your signature on the package. Charges for return will be at customer’s expense, which are non-refundable. After inspection and confirming that the goods are damaged or is different then ordered, we will contact you to provide a full refund, replacement or exchange.
Defective goods
On receiving defective goods the product will be replaced with no returning cost to the customer. Before returning your item all details surrounding the faulty item must be sent through to chat support for careful review before we arrange an exchange. Please mark the package as “Faulty Returns” and post it to the address provided through our customer support representative through chat.
However, some goods tend to fade with continuous washing or gets damaged as a result of natural wear and tear does not fall in the category of defective products. No exchange shall be provided for such products.
Fair use
If we find an unusual pattern when returning an item that does not seem fit (e.g. if the returned item does not match the description), your account will be deactivated and all related accounts will be deactivated. We use recycles wrapping tissue paper and gummed tape to seal the package. The returned item will only be accepted if we receive the package sealed with gummed tape in the same manner as received by the customer.

Refund (if applicable)
Once the return has been received and inspection has been done, we will send you an email informing you that we have received the returned item. We will also tell you if your refund has been approved or denied. After the return request is confirmed, the return address will be provided through email or any other medium.
Upon approval, your refund will be processed and credit will be automatically credited to your original credit card or payment method within a certain number of days.
All costs for return are the responsibility of the customer.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your return to be officially announced.
Then contact your bank. It often takes time to process the return before sending it.

Exchange (if applicable)
We provide replacement only if the products delivered are defective, damaged or different than the order placed. If by chance you order wrong sizes we regrettably cannot cover the cost of swapping over via returns. Please avoid this by following the size guide before purchasing.
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
We accept credit or debit cards. We currently use Stripe and Paypal for transactions. Visitors should check the processing fee for their credit or debit card company or payment service provider before placing an order. Integercorp is not responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of transactions concluded without consultation with the debit/credit card company or any payment provider.
You can cancel your order up to the point before payment has been processed by our system.
